New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday announced that the Centre will establish fast-track courts to ensure speedy trials and stringent punishment for those involved in examination paper leak cases, including the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET).
In a post on social media, Modi said there could be nothing more important than safeguarding the future and welfare of the country’s youth. He said the government had decided to set up special courts to ensure swift justice and strict action against those accused in question paper leak cases.
The Prime Minister said the necessary directions had already been issued to the concerned authorities to initiate the process of establishing the fast-track courts.

Describing the move as part of the government’s broader efforts to protect students’ interests and restore confidence in the examination system, Modi asserted that those who jeopardise the future of young aspirants would not be spared.
He reiterated the Centre’s commitment to maintaining the credibility and integrity of competitive examinations across the country.
