BLF Claims Over 80 Pakistani Security Personnel Killed in Balochistan Attacks

Gwadar: The Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed that more than 80 Pakistani security personnel were killed in a series of attacks targeting military camps and intelligence facilities in Gwadar district of Balochistan. The toll has not been independently verified.

The group said the attacks were carried out under “Operation Almas”. According to its statement, a vehicle-borne bomb struck the entrance of a Frontier Works Organization camp, killing several personnel, including an intelligence officer.

The BLF also claimed casualties in a confrontation at a residential building, overnight exchanges of fire and subsequent military operations. It further alleged that two armoured vehicles were destroyed and four quadcopters were shot down.
