New Delhi: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday accused the Narendra Modi-led Centre of failing to curb corruption in the NEET-UG 2026 examination, alleging that repeated irregularities are destroying the future of students.
In a post on X, the Congress leader claimed that reports of large-scale malpractice had once again surfaced in the medical entrance examination. She alleged that corruption in competitive exams during the BJP regime had put the future of nearly 23 lakh students at risk.
“Children work extremely hard for exams like NEET, while parents invest everything to secure their future. But every exam falls prey to corruption,” Priyanka Gandhi said.

Questioning the effectiveness of anti-paper leak laws, she asked what was the use of introducing stringent legislation in Parliament if such irregularities continued on the ground.
She further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is accountable to the youth of the country and questioned how long this “cycle of ruining students’ futures” would continue.
