Bengaluru: The Office of the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (PCDA), Bengaluru, will organise a SPARSH Outreach Programme on November 4 and 5 to help defence pensioners and family pensioners resolve pension-related grievances and submit Digital Life Certificates (DLCs).
The programme, conducted under the aegis of the Controller General of Defence Accounts, Ministry of Defence, is part of the Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5.0, which will continue throughout November 2026.
The outreach programme will be held from 10 am to 5 pm at the Multi-Purpose Hall, PCDA Bengaluru, 107, Lower Agaram Road, Bengaluru – 560007.
Dedicated teams will assist pensioners in identifying and resolving SPARSH-related issues, submitting Digital Life Certificates and obtaining guidance on pension-related queries. The initiative aims to provide direct access to officials, ensure quicker grievance redressal and reduce repeated visits to offices.
Pensioners attending the programme have been advised to carry their original pension book or discharge book, ex-servicemen identity card, bank passbook, Pension Payment Order (PPO), Aadhaar card, Aadhaar-linked mobile phone, PAN card and relevant documents relating to previous grievances.

The Aadhaar-linked mobile phone is essential for biometric or OTP authentication during Digital Life Certificate generation.
Pensioners unable to attend the outreach programme may also avail themselves of the DLC facility at SPARSH Service Centres during November.
For assistance, pensioners can contact the helpline or WhatsApp support number 8147527246.
PCDA Bengaluru has encouraged defence pensioners and family pensioners to use the facility for timely grievance redressal and submission of their Digital Life Certificates.
