Ayush Anudan Portal launched to streamline grant management in Ayush sector

New Delhi: Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Ayush and Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav on Monday launched the ‘Ayush Anudan Portal’ under the Ayush Grid initiative, aimed at ensuring transparency, efficiency and accountability in grant management.

The portal was launched at Kartavya Bhawan in New Delhi as part of the Ministry of Ayush’s efforts to strengthen digital governance and create a transparent and citizen-centric digital ecosystem for the Ayush sector.

Speaking on the occasion, Jadhav said the Ayush Grid initiative was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Ease of Doing Business” and “Ease of Living”. He said the newly launched portal would bring major reforms in the grant management system by enabling organisations and institutions to submit proposals completely online.

“The main objective of the portal is to ensure complete transparency, efficiency, accountability and easy accessibility in the grant management process,” the minister said.

The portal has been integrated with the NGO Darpan Portal to facilitate faster and more reliable authentication and verification of applicant organisations. Officials said the digital platform would reduce dependency on manual and paper-based processes.

The Ayush Anudan Portal includes features such as scheme-wise application management and real-time tracking of proposals, enabling applicants and officials to monitor the status of applications at every stage.

Senior officials of the Ministry of Ayush, including Secretary Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha and other joint secretaries, were present during the launch event.

The Ministry said the portal is part of the broader Ayush Grid initiative, which has developed several digital platforms related to education, research, healthcare services, medicinal plants, drug regulation and global outreach in the Ayush sector.
