Hyderabad: Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi has showered praise on Maa Inti Bangaram, starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and extended his wishes to the actress as she prepares to enter a new phase in her personal life.
After watching the film, Chiranjeevi reportedly invited Samantha and her family to his residence, where he and his wife, Surekha Konidela, hosted them. The couple presented Samantha with a saree, sacred items and a conch shell as blessings and gifts.
Sharing photographs from the meeting on social media platform X, Chiranjeevi congratulated Samantha and the film’s team for the movie’s success.
“Maa Inti Bangaram felt very interesting. Director Nandini Reddy has beautifully blended action and emotions within the backdrop of a joint family and brought the story to life in her unique style,” Chiranjeevi wrote.
He also praised Samantha’s performance, particularly her action sequences. “Samantha’s acting, especially the action scenes in a saree, stood out as particularly captivating,” he said.
The veteran actor noted that Telugu cinema needs more films led by women and stories that offer fresh perspectives. He extended his congratulations to director Nandini Reddy, Samantha, Raj and the entire cast and crew for the film’s achievement.
